Performance Evaluation of the Regional Centres

Stockholm Convention has adopted a set of criteria for evaluating the performance of the Regional Centres periodically in order to ensure better services are provided to eligible parties. The Convention has also adopted a methodology for the evaluation of performance and sustainability based on these criteria. The Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention undertook the evaluation of some of its Regional Centres in 2013 and of all them in 2015 and will continue to do so every four years thereafter.

The Secretariat reminded the Parties and the Centres on 20 April 2016 to submit their views, if any, to the Secretariat on this matter. Following comments were received.
