Development of National Implementation Plans for the Management of Persistent Organic Pollutants under the Stockholm Convention
(Barbados, Bulgaria, Chile, Ecuador, Guinea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mali, Micronesia, Papua New Guinea, Slovenia and Zambia)


In May 2001, the Global Environment Facility Council approved a global project as part of its work program.  The Project was granted a 14 months extension.  The later completion date is 30 June 2005
