Second Meeting of the Expert Group on
Best Available Techniques and Best Environmental Practices

Announcement

The second  meeting of the Expert Group on Best Available Techniques and Best Environmental Practices (BAT/BEP) to be held from 19 – 24 November  2006 in Geneva, Switzerland.  The meeting will be held at the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG), 15 rue de Varembé.  More information about the CICG can be found at :www.cicg.ch.  The meeting is open to observers.

 The meeting will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, 19 November 2006.  Registration will open from 14:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. on Saturday, 18 November 2006 and from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. on Sunday 19 November at the meeting venue. In accordance with the terms of reference for the Expert Group the working language of the meeting will be English only.  The agenda, meeting documents and participant information can be found at www.pops.int.
