The 4th meeting of the Intersessional Process of Consultations on DDT will be held from 5 to 7 May 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting will support Parties in the DDT register in strengthening their efforts to phase-out reliance on DDT for malaria vector control, with an emphasis on sharing information, exchanging lessons learned, and updating possible national phase-out plans on DDT.

The workshop to be held from 21 to 22 April in Johannesburg, South Africa will support countries in strengthening the science–policy–stakeholder interface, with a focus on newly listed and emerging chemicals under the BRS Conventions, including chemicals associated with plastics.
